Dr. LoRang was recently awarded the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award by the East South Des Moines Chamber of Commerce at their annual celebration on February 20. On First, he was surprised with the award announcement in the clinic on January 20, when Representatives from the chamber, as well as neighbors, friends, and colleagues all appeared for a midday celebration.
The Des Moines Register reported on the award on February 15, by reporter Kristin Danley-Greiner.
“I was quite excited to learn that I’d received the award,” LoRang said. “I was surprised and humbled, too. It’s so neat to see this place be recognized and welcomed into the community.”
