Super Green Protein-Packed Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Big handful of fresh greens
  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance
  • 1 scoop Collagen Renew
  • 1 scoop creatine
  • Few shakes Turmeric Twist (turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp lion’s mane mushroom powder
  • 1/2 tsp turkey tail mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1 scoop powdered kelp
  • 1 tsp powdered spirulina
  • 1 scoop freeze-dried wheatgrass powder from Kerri Rush at Fresh
  • 2 T ground flaxseed
  • Small handful blueberries (can also use banana, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

Directions:

Blend and enjoy!
