Super Green Protein-Packed Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- Water
- Big handful of fresh greens
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance
- 1 scoop Collagen Renew
- 1 scoop creatine
- Few shakes Turmeric Twist (turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp lion’s mane mushroom powder
- 1/2 tsp turkey tail mushroom powder
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 1 scoop powdered kelp
- 1 tsp powdered spirulina
- 1 scoop freeze-dried wheatgrass powder from Kerri Rush at Fresh
- 2 T ground flaxseed
- Small handful blueberries (can also use banana, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
Directions:
